The Benefits of Using a Debt Stack

The DSR Report (Debt Stack Report) provides essential details about the debts associated with an investment property.
It includes information on the primary mortgage holder and the outstanding balance, as well as details on any secondary
mortgages, including the lender and the remaining balance.

Additionally, it will identify any tax liens or other liens on the property. For any successful investor, conducting thorough
due diligence before making an offer is crucial. Remember, the most successful offers are those that are well-informed!
